- RS232, SPI and I2C along with digital and analogue input-output pins
- Offers brilliant and high-contrast images even in bright sunlight
Electronic Assembly’s uniTFT display employs IPS technology that has a capacitive touch screen for direct and intuitive interaction. With a luminance of 1,000 cd/m2 and more, it offers brilliant and high-contrast images even in bright sunlight. This screen technology permits viewing angles of almost 360°. All touch and display functions, as well as animations, can be freely programmed using the available Windows tool.
Wide range of interfaces
Alongside a USB interface, it includes other customary interfaces, such as RS232, SPI and I2C. Digital inputs and outputs, 4 analogue inputs and a PWM output make it possible to be used as intelligent controllers for calculating and managing data and signals.
The miniature touch panel is therefore suited to replace physical switches and controllers in home automation. It can be also used as a control panel in caravans or for integration into kitchen appliances as well as wellness and fitness equipment.
The current display comes with a diagonal length of 2” (approximately 5 cms) only. More sizes in 2.8″ (7 cms), 3.5″ (8 cms) and 4.3″ (11 cms) formats will be made available soon.
Electronic Assembly, an industrial display manufacturer, will be displaying its miniature uniTFT panel at the upcoming Embedded World 2020, from 25th to 27th February 2020 in Nuremberg, Germany.
