RFMW is launching a 2W power amplifier which covers a 1.8 to 2.7GHz frequency range to target a variety of applications in wireless infrastructure and defense communications including BTS transceivers, repeaters and L-band radios.
The TQP9111 is a linear driver amplifier integrating two high performance amplifier stages onto a module to allow for a compact system design. The amplifier is able to achieve high performance with +46 dBm OIP3 and +32.5 dBm P1dB.
The integrated inter-stage match minimises performance variation that would otherwise be attributed to external matching component value and placement tolerances.
Complete with a shutdown mode for improved system performance, the Qorvo TQP9111 draws 545mA from a 5V supply and is offered in a 20-pin, 4x4mm QFN package. Samples of the device are available.
