Accurate, Stable And Reliable Thermistors


Ametherm announced that its ACCU-Curve series of thermistors are now being stocked by Mouser Electronics. The thermistors deliver long-term stability and reliability for high-accuracy temperature sensing, control, and compensation in medical, industrial, and automotive applications.

The thermistors provide designers with faster, less-expensive alternatives to RTD’s and thermocouples without compromising on accuracy. Offering diameters of 2.4mm and 32 AWG tinned-copper leads, the epoxy-coated devices are available in four resistance values at 25 °C — 2.252 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 30 kΩ, 100 kΩ, with tight tolerances of ± 0.2 °C between 0 °C and 70 °C. The thermistors feature a dissipation constant of 1 mW/°C and thermal time constant of 10 s.
