Referring to the product specification, “The Exynos 7 Octa (5433) processor is designed to bring advanced features to everyday mobile computing, equipped with four powerful ARM Cortex-A57 cores and four efficient Cortex-A53 cores. The processor integrates ModAP series that is capable of supporting 4G LTE Release 9 of 3GPP and Cat 4, at both duplex mode, FDD and TDD, in addition to 2G and 3G connectivity. The specification lays emphasis on the Exynos Modem 303 which is a market-proven multi-band, multi-mode modem solution for LTE Advanced (up to Cat.6) CA standard which offers seamless connectivity anywhere for faster download speeds. The specification also mentions that the Exynos RF IC series complements Exynos modem solutions for optimised interface connectivity.
